Burnstone-Project | The CAA 32 Continuous Air Operated pump
The CAA 32 Continuous Air Operated pump that mix and spray the V-Seal continuously. This pump is capable to spray up to 50 square metres at a thickness of 8-10 mm per hour. Very user friendly, easy to clean and maintain and most of all, very cost effective. Components easily removed and replaced in case of a breakdown. If the pumps are properly flushed and cleaned after use, they give many months of trouble-free service.

Challenge – To do cost effective aerial support in main access decline from surface. Ground conditions deteriorated due to oxidation and weathering. After careful consideration management decided to use V-Seal Rock Liner TSL to “lock” in “Key Blocks” and give the required aerial support.

Burnstone-project | spraying v-seal with 1.5 m nozzle
V-Seal sprayed onto the sidewalls utilising the 1,5 metre spray nozzle. This nozzle will effectively spray areas up to 4m high.
